I found this recipe a few years ago and have been making it ever since. It's really easy to make and best of all, you can use different flavored pudding and cookies to change the flavor! Top with additional cookies, if desired. Ingredients:
2 cups cold milk |
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix |
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed |
15 chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies, broken into chunks |
Directions:
1. Whisk milk and pudding mix together in a bowl until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Fold whipped topping and cookie chunks into the pudding. Spoon into dessert cups to serve.
