Lightly sweetened, this filling is so good! A favorite among children and adults alike! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups heavy cream |
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar |
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
20 chocolate sandwich cookies, i.e., oreos, crushed into med. pieces |
Directions:
1. Chill bowl and beaters of your electric mixer.
2. Whip the heavy cream, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla in chilled bowl until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold in crushed oreos.
4. Yeilds: 6 cups
