Classic dessert made a bit heavier, a good Hoilday cake. Ingredients:
use chocolate crust - see crust page |
2 cups mini oreo cookies, rough chopped |
2 pounds philly cream cheese |
1 cup sugar |
4 tbsp flour |
5 large eggs |
1 tea vanilla |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450^. 2. Blend cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth. 3. Add eggs one at a time. 4. Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly. 5. Fold in chopped Oreo pieces, evenly. 6. Pour into prepared pan. 7. Bake at 450^ for 15 minutes. 8. Reduce temp. to 250 and continue baking for 1 hour. 9. Let cool and refrigerate before serving. |
