Cookie Dough Brownies Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 cup baking cocoa |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 cup olive oil |
4 eggs |
2 tsp vanilla |
2/3 cups butter |
2/3 cups brown sugar |
1/3 cup sugar |
3 tbsp milk |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 1/3 cup flour |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 tbsp vegetable shortening |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine first parts of sugar, flour, cocoa and salt (ingredients are in order). Add oil, eggs and vanilla, beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 13x9x2in pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brownies test done. 2. For filling, cream butter and sugars in a mixing bowl. Add milk and vanilla, mix well. Beat in flour. Spread over COOLED brownies. 3. For glaze, melt chocolate chips and shortening over the stove, stirring until smooth. Cool for 15 min or so, and spread over filling. |
