this can be used as the base of a cheesecake or as a very light cake. i didn't use anzac biscuits, but they were very similar i think. so i hope it works for anyone who tries this! Ingredients:
40 -60 anzac biscuits |
100 -120 g butter |
3/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Put your biscuits in a plastic bag and beat with a rolling pin. 2. Melt butter along with the sugar, then stir it in with the biscuits. 3. Bake at 180 celcius for 40 minutes. |
