I got this from Secrets From a Caterer's Kitchen by Nicole Aloni. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
2 tablespoons dried oregano |
2 tablespoons dried sage |
1 tablespoon dried basil |
2 teaspoons thyme |
2 teaspoons black pepper |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients well. 2. Cook vegetables as desired and arrange on the plate. 3. Squeeze on lemon juice, then sprinkle with herb mixture, to taste. 4. Enjoy! |
