2 tablespoons flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 egg |
1/3 cup vinegar |
1 1/4 cups scalded milk |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Mix flour and seasonings. 2. Add beaten egg. 3. Mix. 4. Add hot milk. 5. Cook over hot water 12-15 mins. 6. Add butter and vinegar. 7. Beat smooth. 8. Chill. 9. Thin with milk or French dressing iff too thick. |
