Cooked Chocolate Fudge Icing |

For those of you who like to cook your frosting. Ingredients:
3 cups sugar |
3/4 cup cocoa |
3/4 cup evaporated milk |
3/4 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a large saucepan. 2. When mixture comes to a boil, cook l and 1/2 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and set to cool a few minutes. 4. Beat to spreading consistency. 5. Will frost a 2 or 3 layer cake. |
