An easy side dish that we enjoy.
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby carrots
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Put carrots in a baking dish.
2. Add water and dot with butter.
3. Sprinkle with oregano and salt.
4. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
