An easy side dish that we enjoy. Ingredients:
2 lbs baby carrots |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup butter |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Put carrots in a baking dish. 2. Add water and dot with butter. 3. Sprinkle with oregano and salt. 4. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours or until tender. |
