We like this recipe. Ingredients:
2 cups granulated sugar |
1 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
6 ounces evaporated milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan, mix well. 2. Let stand for 1 hour. 3. Cook to soft boil stage or 234°F on candy thermometer, stirring occasionally. 4. Beat until creamy and of spreading consistency. 5. Frost cooled cake. |
