Continental Salad Ingredients:
1 small head romaine lettuce |
1 small head iceberg lettuce |
1 head butter or red leaf lettuce |
1 bunch watercress sprigs |
2 green onions, sliced |
6 oz. jar artichoke hearts, quartered |
8 radishes, sliced |
8 mushrooms, thinly sliced |
1 cup onion and garlic croutons |
3/4 cup italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Tear lettuc into bite size pieces into large salad bowl 2. Add watercress, green onions, artichokes, radishes, mushrooms and croutons 3. Toss with enough salad dressing to moisten lightly |
