1 lb ground beef |
4 large eggs, beaten |
1 cup fresh breadcrumb |
1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese, freshly grated |
salt |
pepper |
1/2 cup dark raisin (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and blend well. 2. With wet hands, rolly the mixture into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. 3. Drop the balls into the simmering meat sauce. |
