Constipation Cure For Digestion Group |

This is an age-old cure for constipation that I recently learned about. Change it up as you want. Ingredients:
1/2 cup warm cooked white rice (not minute rice) |
1/2 cup plain natural yogurt or kefir at room temperature |
1/4 tsp. finely minced fresh ginger |
1/4 tsp. fennel seeds |
scant cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Warm the rice in the microwave, mix with the yogurt and the spices. Eat this 3 times a day until you experience success! If you are chronically constipated, this should be part of your regular diet. |
