Connie's recipe from family collection. Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
1 cup miniature marshmallow |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple and dry pistachio pudding mix. Fold in thawed whipped topping, walnuts, and marshmallows until well mixed. 2. Refrigerate until chilled and serve. |
