This is breakfast cereal packed with energy and nutrients to nourish those growing bodies. Soya Flour & Non-Instant skim milk powder can be obtained at a health food store. Make on the weekend store in airtight Glass Jars - looks pretty on the counter. Ingredients:
5 cups old fashioned oats |
1 cup sesame seeds |
1 cup coconut, shredded |
1 cup sunflower seeds |
1 cup almonds, chopped |
1 cup non instant non-fat powdered milk |
1 cup soy flour |
1 cup wheat germ, raw |
1 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup honey |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Melt oil, honey and water in a small saucepan. 2. In a large bowl combine with dry ingredients. 3. Spread on cookie sheets 4. Bake at 300 degrees until lightly browned about 15 -20 minute. |
