This is breakfast cereal packed with energy and nutrients to nourish those growing bodies. Soya Flour & Non-Instant skim milk powder can be obtained at a health food store. Make on the weekend store in airtight Glass Jars - looks pretty on the counter.
Ingredients:
5 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup coconut, shredded
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup almonds, chopped
1 cup non instant non-fat powdered milk
1 cup soy flour
1 cup wheat germ, raw
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup honey
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Melt oil, honey and water in a small saucepan.
2. In a large bowl combine with dry ingredients.
3. Spread on cookie sheets
4. Bake at 300 degrees until lightly browned about 15 -20 minute.
