Connie's Cherries in the Snow Cake |

A delicious treat for family and friends. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box angel food cake mix |
2 (1 1/3 ounce) packets dream whip topping mix |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Bake & Cool cake as directed on box.
2. Combine Dream Whip, milk and vanilla.
3. Beat until stiff peaks appear.
4. Mix Cream Cheese, sugar & Dream Whip mix.
5. Beat until smooth.
6. Spread thin layer on cake plate.
7. Cut cake into three layers.
8. Spoon mixture & a few cherries on each layer.
9. Stack layers one on another.
10. Sread mixture on outer part of cake.
11. Pour remaining cherries over top.
12. Refridgerate to keep set.
