Ingredients:
24 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup biscuit mix |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon almond extract |
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix first four ingredients in a blender or mixer tell smooth. 2. Add flavorings. 3. Pour into 9 or 10 inch pie plate. 4. Glass is best. 5. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. 6. But most important to watch last 10 minutes. 7. You want the top to look dry not shiny but not too brown of cracked. 8. While cake is baking, mix topping in same dirty blender or mixer. 9. Set aside. 10. When you pull cake out of oven pour on topping. 11. Spread to the side tell it is all sealed. 12. Chill tell cold. 13. Cut and serve. 14. It can be topped with berries or fruit. |
