A wonderful, filling chowdah! Ingredients:
1 white onion, chopped |
4 slices bacon, diced |
6 ears fresh corn |
2 quarts heavy whipping cream |
salt to taste |
ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Remove corn kernels from the ears of corn. 2. Saute bacon, onions, and corn in a medium pot until the onions are translucent and the bacon is crispy. 3. Add the heavy cream. Heat through over medium low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve. |
