Stew Ingredients:
1/4 cup millet |
1/4 cup barley, pearled |
1/3 cup brown rice |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 small red bell pepper, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 carrots, sliced |
16 ounce white kidney beans |
1 cup sockarooni pasta sauce |
28 ounce diced tomatoes |
1 1/2 cups frozen corn |
3 cups water |
Directions:
1. Add all ingrediants to slow cooker, except the juice from the diced tomatoes. Add water to the juice to equal 2.5 cups. Add that and 2 more cups of water to pot. and cook on low for 8 hours. |
