This is a recipe that has been on our holiday dinner table for as far back as I can rembmer. My mother still makes this and we still enjoy it. Bursting my a lot of great flavors. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 ounce package lime gelatin |
3 ounce package lemon gelatin |
2 cups boiling water |
10 ounces small curd cottage cheese |
1 can crushed pineapple |
2/3 cup chopped walnuts |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained but not cooked |
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatins in boiling water then mix all ingredients and pour into rectangular glass dish. 2. Chill until set. |
