This has been in my family as long as I can remember. I always requested this at Thanksgiving when I was a little girl and one my mother made every year for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter and my birthday. 1 small box raspberry gelatin |
1 small box lemon gelatin |
21 ounce can cherry pie filling |
3 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 small can crushed pineapple |
1/2 cup cream |
1 cup tiny marshmallows |
2 tablespoons chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water then add cherry pie filling. 2. Put in square baking dish then chill until partially set. 3. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. 4. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth. 5. Gradually work lemon gelatin into mixture. 6. Whip cream and fold in lemon mixture along with marshmallows. 7. Spread on top of raspberry mixture then sprinkle nuts over top and chill until well set. |
