fish fillet – 1kg |
salt |
vinegar |
garlic paste or powder 1tbsp |

mustard powder- 1 tbsp |
chilli garlic sauce – 2 tsp |
lemon – 2 |
eggs – 4 |
soya sauce – 2 tbsp |
bread crumbs – 1 cup |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Wash Fish gently. Add salt, vinegar & garlic. Marinade for one hour. Wash Again put it on stand until dry. 2. Cut the fish fillet in fingers style and marinate it in mustard paste, lemon juice and chilli garlic sauce and put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Then beat the eggs and put Soya sauce and oregano and mix well. Now roll fish fingers in flour then in the egg mixture then in bread crumbs and deep fry until it is golden and serve with tarter sauce. |
