Tuna, whole wheat noodles, chopped veggies, canned soup. Bland. Needs seasonings, salt, pepper, etc. Ingredients:
14 oz cream of celery soup |
14 oz cheddar cheese soup |
13 oz macaroni, whole wheat |
12 ounce of tuna in water |
1/2 cup cheese, grated |
1/4 cup bell peppers, diced |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced |
Directions:
1. cook pasta, drain 2. place veggies in microwave dish, cover, microwave 3 minutes 3. mix soup, veggies and tuna 4. place cooked noodles in 9 x 13 baking dish, or equivalent 5. fold soup mixture into noodles 6. cover with non-stick foil 7. bake 25 minutes 350 degrees F 8. uncover, sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese 9. bake 15 minutes more |
