It's so easy, so colorful, and so good. Ingredients:
1/2 lb diced bacon |
1 cup rice, cooked |
1 cup diced carrot, parboiled |
1 cup celery, parboiled |
1 cup fresh peas or 1 cup frozen peas |
soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon in lg skillet until crisp. 2. Drain on paper towels. 3. To skillet, add cooked rice, and vegetables. 4. Cook and stir for 7-8 minutes. 5. Stir in bacon. 6. Serve with soy sauce. |
