Received this from a friend. It is from SB Diet Book but I believe she altered it a bit. Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 lb lump crabmeat or 1 lb imitation crabmeat |
1/3 cup red bell pepper, diced |
1/3 cup yellow bell pepper, diced |
1/4 cup chives |
1/4 cup parsley |
salt |
pepper |
8 cups salad greens |
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Fold in crabmeat, peppers, chives, parsley, salt and pepper. 2. Divide salad greens among 4 bowls and top with crab mixture. |
