Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butte r |
1/2 red bell pepper, diced |
1/2 green bell pepper, dice |
2 cups frozen corn |
1/4 cup water |
salt |

Directions:
1. Melt butter in sauce pan and cook diced peppers over medium heat for 4 minutes. Stir in corn and water. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve |
