1 large carrot, shredded |
1/8 head green cabbage, shredded |
357 g (1/2 small) red cabbage, shredded |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons original miracle whip |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Place all veggies in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over slaw and toss to coat thoroughly. Chill at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend. |
