This is a very colorful dip - can be served with chips or crackers or veggies. Very popular! Ingredients:
3 eggs |
3 t sugar |
3 t white vinegar |
1 tsp margarine |
1 tub of cream cheese (250 ml) |
grated red pepper, green pepper, onion |
pepper |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan on top of the stove, mix the eggs & sugar & vinegar. Stir constantly. When mixture becomes thick, add margarine and cream cheese. Add red & green peppers, onion, dash of pepper. Mix with a beater until smooth. Chill a couple of hours. |
