1 lb lean ground beef |
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped) |
1 cup chopped onion |
15 ounces tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 1/4 teaspoons sugar |
3 beef bouillon cubes (3 cubes) |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Brown meat, pour off fat, add onion-garlic. 2. Cook and stir until tender. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour. |
