Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled |
1 small cucumber, peeled |
1/2 medium jícama, peeled |
1/4 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored |
1/3 cup fresh lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
5 lime wedges |
Directions:
1. Cut mango, cucumber, jícama, and pineapple into 4- x 1/2-inch strips; place in a large bowl. 2. Combine lime juice, salt, and red pepper; stir well. Pour juice mixture over fruit mixture; toss. Serve immediately with lime wedges. |
