This is such an adorable treat to make for kids. When my daughter was small, I made these and sent them to school for a classroom treat. I decorated them with a colored pipe cleaner, colorful icing, candy sprinkles and jelly beans. Read more . They looked just like Easter baskets! Ingredients:
1 pkg. jiffy cake mix |
14 flat bottom ice cream cones |
Directions:
1. Prepare cake mix per package directions.
2. Pour a scant 1/4 cup batter into each of the 14 cones, filling to just less than 1/2 full. If the cones are filled more than that the batter will run over the top.
3. Stand cones upright in muffin tins.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Cool, frost and decorate as desired.
