The recipe makes 1 big loaf of bread. This is so easy and you can put anything on it or eat it just as it is. My Sister-in-laws son renamed this to cake bread! Ingredients:
500 grams self raising flour |
1 can condensed milk |
1 can sweetcorn |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Put the flour in a bowl. 2. Pour in the corn. 3. Pour the condenced milk over. 4. Break in the egg. 5. Mix very well until there is no flour. 6. Pour into a bread pan. 7. Don't pour the dough all the way to the top, leave space for it to rise. 8. Bake at 180 deg C (360 deg F) for about 40 minutes. 9. Let it cool down a bit. 10. Serve |
