Essential oils have many uses, and these should help when you're having a hard days work. Use only essential oils, and never use essential oils without diluting first. Ingredients:
3 drops lemon essential oils |
2 drops peppermint oil |
3 drops rosemary essential oils |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Add oils to the water in a fine mist spray bottle. 2. Shake well before each use. 3. Spray around your work area when you find your mental energy flagging, or for that after-lunch sleepiness. |
