This recipe is from my friend's mother in law. This recipe is perfect for using up leftover turkey after Thanksgiving or Christmas. Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked |
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated |
1/4 cup butter |
2 cups sliced mushrooms |
1 onion, diced |
4 cups tomato sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/3 cup butter |
1 cup chicken broth |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 cups milk |
2 cups cooked turkey |
2 cups chopped fresh broccoli |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Place 1/2 Tomato sauce mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. 2. Top with 3 noodles. 3. Then 1/2 of the broccoli sauce. 4. Followed by 3 more noodles. 5. Add rest of the broccoli sauce, add the last 3 noodles. 6. Top with the last of the tomato sauce and finish with the mozzarella cheese. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
