An easy to make potato casserole that serves plenty of people. If you don't finish it for dinner it is just as good as hashbrowns for breakfast! Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen potatoes o'brien |
16 oz of sour cream |
1 can of cream of chicken soup |
2-3 cups of shredded cheese |
salt and pepper, to taste |
garlic salt, 2 tsp |
2 cups of corn flakes (crushed) |
6 tbsp of butter |
Directions:
1. Mix together potatoes, sour cream, cream of chicken, shredded cheese, salt, pepper and garlic and spread evenly in a 9x13 baking dish 2. melt butter in microwave and mix in the corn flakes 3. top potato mixture with cornflake mixture and bake in oven at 350 for one hour |
