Great for potluck. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onions |
1/4 cup butter |
1 10 3/4oz can cream of chicken soup |
2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes |
1 pint sour cream |
salt and pepper |

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese |
1 cup corn flake crumbs |
Directions:
1. Saute onions in butter until translucent. 2. Add soup,potatoes,and sour cream. Mix well. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish. 5. Combine cheese and corn flake crumbs. Spread over top. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
