Don't go lightly! Make em' ooooh and awwww! Ingredients:
5 lbs russet potatoes |
2 cups sour cream |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Wash, peel and cook potatoes until soft. 2. Combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese and butter. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth. 3. Spoon potatoes into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. 5. The depth of the casserole dish may cause a variance in the baking time. |
