This is very tasty and have received rave reviews. I serve the liquid from the roast, in a small bowl, to spoon over the meat. Ingredients:
4 lbs pork loin roast |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Place roast, fat side up, in foil lined roasting pan. 2. Mix remaining ingredients and brush on all sides of roast. 3. Cover with foil and bake at 325°F for 2 1/2 hours basting frequently. 4. Uncover the last 45 minutes to brown roast. |
