My Aunt Dawn introduced me to this when We moved back to Michigan. Hubby's not crazy about it because of the veggies, but little Morgan loved it. Ingredients:
1 or 2 lg cans chicken noodle soup |
1 box frozen broccholi flowerets |
1 box frozen french cut green beans |
1 sm can slicecd water chestnuts |
1/2 box mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed and sliced |
1 sm onion chopped and cooked to translucent |
1/2 tsp ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Put everything together in a large pot and simmer till heated through. 2. We've used oriental style frozen veggies in this too. |
