I normally don't like cauliflower, but my mom found this recipe I love. It is very effective for company because the presentation is unique since it's whole. Hope you enjoy! Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, head |
1/4 cup water |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon onion |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Steam cauliflower by putting it in a covered dish with the water and microwave for 9 minutes 2. Combine rest of ingredients - spread over cauliflower (like frosting). 3. Return to microwave for about 1 - 1 1/2 minutes. |
