Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped fine |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
1 cup cottage cheese |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper |
1/3 cup chopped green onion |
1 (8 ounce) package noodles, cooked,and drained |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. 2. Add salt, to taste, pepper and tomato sauce; simmer slowly while preparing remaining ingredients. 3. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and green onion. 4. Place half of cooked noodles in a greased 3 qt. 5. baking dish. 6. Top with cheese mixture over top, and then remaining noodles. 7. Pour meat mixture over top. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
