2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
8 cups finely shredded cabbage |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/2 cup dairy sour cream |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon caraway seed |
Directions:
1. Heat butter in large skillet. 2. Add cabbage, garlic, and 1/4 cup water. 3. Cover tightly and steam over low heat 10 to 12 minutes. 4. Blend next 4 ingredients; stir into cabbage. 5. Heat through but do not boil. 6. Sprinkle with caraway. 7. Serves 6. |
