There are three main techniques for frying chickens: pan frying, deep frying and broasting. Pan frying (or shallow frying) requires a frying pan of sturdy construction and a source of fat that does not fully immerse the chicken. Ingredients:
chicken – 8 pieces |
salt – 1/2 tsp |
vinegar 50ml |
chinese salt – 3 tbsp |
paprika (crushed red pepper) – 1/2 tsp |
red chili powder– 1/2 tsp |
ginger powder – 1 tsp |
garlic powder – 2 tsp |
national chicken tikka masala (50gms) – 4 tbsp |
mustard powder (rosemore)– 1 tbsp |
chili sauce (shigrela) |
soy sauce (shingrela) |
flour – 500gms |
Directions:
1. Deeply wash the chicken pieces. Dry Chicken & put in bowl. Add Salt & Vinegar as well. Soak for 15-20 minutes. 2. Then out chicken from bowl & Put in other bowl Or (dispose vinegar). Add all other Ingredients .Paprika, Red Chili Powder, Ginger powder, Garlic Powder ,Tikka Masala ,Mustard powder, Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce. Mix well & Leave For one hour (Minimum). Roll the chicken pieces In Flour, Deep fry chicken pieces in hot oil for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy & serve it with Knorr Chili Garlic Sauce. 3. Enjoy your feast. |
