My favorite cole slaw recipe. I'm asked to make this all summer long. Goes great with BBQ. I could almost make a meal out of this on it's own. Reminds me of comfort food because it has all of my favorite flavors all in the same bowl. Ingredients:
1 medium head of cabbage, shredded |
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled |
1 (16 ounce) jar coleslaw dressing |
3 ounces bacon bits |
3 green onions, thinly sliced |
ripe tomato (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Chill overnight to blend flavors. 3. Serve with ripe tomato slices on the side. |
