Ingredients:
1/4 cup gram flour |
1/4 cup rice flour |
1/4 cup moong flour |
1 grated carrot |
1 onion, finely chopped |
1 tomato, finely chopped |
1/2 beetroot, grated |
1 bunch spring onion, finely chopped |
3 green chilies, crushed finely |
2 tablespoons oil |
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda |
salt |
oil (to shallow fry) |
Directions:
1. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients. 2. Add enough water to make batter. 3. Spread a big spoonful thickly on a hot dosa or non-stick tawa. 4. Sprinkle a teaspoons. 5. Of oil over it. 6. Flip over, roast the other side. 7. Cool. 8. Add ketchup if desired. |
