a tasty vegetable side dish Ingredients:
1 medium green pepper, chopped and seeded |
1 tomato, cubed |
1 carrot, grated |
1 teaspoon green olives or 1 teaspoon safflower oil |
1 (10 ounce) bag frozen corn |
1 tablespoon water |
pepper |
Directions:
1. In frying pan, cook green pepper over medium heat about 5 minutes. 2. Add tomato, carrots, frozen corn and water. 3. Cover and cook 15 minutes. 4. Add a dash of pepper before serving. |
