A light and easy pasta dish for brunch, lunch or snacks. It's great either hot or refrigerated, is easy to make, and you can dress it up with veggies if you want! Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package tomato and spinach rotini (pasta spirals made from tomato and spinach) |
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained |
1/2 cup sliced black olives |
3/4 cup italian dressing |
parmesan cheese (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta well and drain. 2. Return to pan or put in bowl. 3. Add drained diced tomatoes to pasta. 4. Add drained black olives to pasta. 5. Add Italian dressing. 6. Mix thoroughly. 7. Spoon into bowls, and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. |
