Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) carrot, chopped |
3 cup(s) fresh baby spinach |
1 cup(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt |
1 med. green pepper, chopped |
1 med. onion haved and sliced |
1 med. yellow squash, chopped |
1 med. zuchini, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon(s) steak seasoning |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, saute zuchini, squash, oinion,mushrooms, green pepper, and carrots in butter until crisp-tender. Add the spinach, steak seasoning, and garlic salt; saute 3-4 minutes longer, or just until spinach is wilted. |
