a wonderful dinner for any holiday, or other occasion. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
2 cups white rice |
3 celery ribs, sliced diagonally |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen oriental mixed vegetables, frozen |
3 cups cooked cubed turkey or 3 cups chicken |
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning |
2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth |
Directions:
1. In a 5-6 quart slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, place all ingredients plus 1 soup can of water, and stir well. 2. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. |
