Ingredients:
1 can(s) cream of celery |
3/4 cup(s) water |
1 tablespoon(s) butter or margerine |
1 pound(s) smoked kielbasa |
3/4 cup(s) rice uncooked |
1 package(s) (10 oz.) frozen peas |
1 can(s) 4 1/2 oz jar mushrooms drained |
1 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, combine soup, water, and butter. Bring to a boil. 2. Add kielbasa and rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes or until rice is almost tender. 3. Stir in peas and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 15 minutes until rice is tender and peas are cooked through. 4. Sprinkle w/ cheese; cover and let stand until melted. |
